Our story begins with the recognition and desire to build a volleyball club like no other. A club that not only leverages best-in-class coaching, player analytics and leading approaches, but also incorporates leadership and community outreach into our program. We wanted our program to truly create a community feel for our families and provide much-needed character building opportunities for our youth. Our club not only includes great coaches, but also industry leaders and other local leaders on our board of directors. 

As we continue to work to improve the sport and our club, 100% of our donations and tuition are invested back into our players and coaches. We know after meeting our coaches and administration you will quickly notice the difference in our club. We not only play elite volleyball, we develop young leaders of tomorrow.

Elite Volleyball Prep Academy, better known as Elite, has had a meteoric rise as one of the premier volleyball clubs in Southwest Florida. Our leadership team, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and purpose, is determined to deliver superior development opportunities for our youth athletes, while ensuring that their “love for the game” is protected and that volleyball is a lifelong gift to players and their families.

As an industry disruptor, we continuously evaluate ways we can improve the sport, the community, the culture and the development of our athletes. For 2025, we are reimaging the possible, as we network with industry and collegiate leaders to architect a best-in-class training program, bringing veteran experience and advanced program design to our club. This includes our newly designed Total Athlete™ program, with a rounded focus on sports performance, leadership skills, character development, athletic ability, mental and physical toughness and wellness.

Whether it be volleyball skills, character development or other aspects in life, our club, through our many programs and experiences, will teach your athlete that success is bred by repetition, repetition comes from hard work and working hard will stay with them for life.
